Nutella muffin

It has been 3 weeks since i last baked and suddenly, i'm craving for mini muffin. Since i have nutella at home and decided to use this new bought mini muffin tray, came up with an idea! It is Nutella Muffin topped with Coco Rainbow.

I'm using my old recipes and halve the ingredients since i'm making a mini muffin. Less sinful and cute to the max! Lol.. Before i start sharing the step-by-step procedure, refer below for the ingredients;

Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Baking Powder - 2 Tsp
Unsalted Butter (Softened) - 140g
Caster Sugar - 146g
Pure Vanilla Extract - 1 Tsp
Full Cream Milk - 2 Tbsp
Eggs - 3
Nutella - (approx 12 Tsp)

Once all the ingredients are ready, start baking now ~
